About Wam Fitness & Wellbeing

Wendy is a qualified pre and post natal fitness trainer currently running the Buggyfit franchise for Glasgow South she also offers Personal Training and a selection of evening classes. She has helped hundreds of women get back in shape after childbirth. As a mum of two young children and a fully trained fitness instructor, Wendy’s passion is delivering fitness to post natal mums.

With over 18 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Wendy has a HND in Leisure, Health & Beauty Services, a Level 3 Pre/Post Natal Fitness Certificate, Level 3 Weight Management Certificate, Level 3 Personal Trainer Award, Street Fit Instructor Award and is a qualified Spin and Boxercise Instructor.

Wendy is also a member of the Professional Fitness Body REPS and the Guild of Post Natal Fitness Instructors.

Wendy runs a selection of classes throughout the southside of Glasgow, see below for details:

Mondays at 8pm - Giffnock Tennis Club
This is a fast paced class with circuits and pad work amongst other cardio and strength exercises. Suitable for all levels

Body Hiit
Wednesdsy - 8.30pm (45 mins) - Giffnock Tennis Club
A range of high intensity exercises to increase fitness fast, boost metabolism at rest and sculpt your body with bands and body weight.

Zest Mama
Friday 6.30pm - Giffnock Tennis Club
Class for mums, designed to safely give you a great work out whilst targeting muscles used during labour and beyond. A nice stretch and relaxation session ends the session and a corner crèche will be available for other children if required.

Operates in various Southside and Eastren parks Tuesday to Friday at 10am
Suitable for new mums, mums with toddlers and mums who are also expecting.
