WEST is a brewery, bar and restaurant situated in the Templeton Building on Glasgow Green.

WEST is the first UK brewery to produce all of its beers in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot, known as the German Purity Law. This means that we only use the four core ingredients, water, malt, hops and yeast in brewing all of our beers, adding no artificial additives, colouring or preservatives. The rich complexity and diverse range of flavours in our beers comes from pure ingredients, expertly brewed, with no shortcuts.

WEST Brewery. Glaswegian Heart. German Head.
