Wheel Being is a cycling program aiming at adults with barriers to getting active. We offer social rides, 1:1 sessions as well as support in building cycle hubs in different areas of Glasgow. Follow our Facebook page and twitter @wheelbeing to keep a track on activities we are offering.
We organise 2 weekly social rides, in Gorbals every Monday from 10 to 12pm and in Castlemilk from 9:30 to 11:30. All equipment are provided and details are available on our Facebook page @wheelbeing or our website page.

We are also currently running a pilot programme for Nextbike, offering a £3 membership for a year, organising optional weekly sessions, generally on Thursday for road skills and route navigation with NextBike, get in touch!
