Taking place at the SEC on 6 and 7 October, this year's SFN Expo looks set to be the biggest and best yet with over 7,000 visitors expected to flock to the show.
With hundreds of health and fitness products and services on display, the high energy weekend is packed full of inspirational people, huge live events, demos, fitness classes and workshops. Exhibitors include Les Mills; Pic's Peanut Butter, Heck Foods; VXS Gymwear and Gold Standard Nutrition.
The event will also host a number of the health and fitness world’s most inspirational characters such as; Alice Liveing, author of the Body Bible and Everyday Fitness; Tally Rye, a PT and co-founder of #girlgains; Phil Graham a Type 1 Diabetic nutritionist and Diane Youdale, formerly Jet from TV show Gladiators.
And if you’d like to see some of the world’s strongest men in action then look no further. Four times World Strongest Man, Zydrunas Savickas (aka, Big Z) will also attempt to break the world record for the overhead log press and Scotland’s strongest men, including current title holder The Highland Oak, Luke Stoltman, will be out in full force as they battle it out on the Sunday to be crowned the strongest in the country.
Neil Maclean, of SFN Expo said: “Self-improvement is a huge part of today’s society. So many of us are working hard to be the best version of ourselves and that’s exactly what this show is all about. Our exhibitors will inspire and motivate visitors to push themselves hard and smash their personal health and fitness goals.”
