Participants will learn to think about reflecting nature when flower arranging through asymmetry, simplicity, and transience as well as combining their selected materials with complimentary vessels. Learn how to use a ‘kenzan’ or pin frog in creating an Ikebana-inspired design and gain a new skill that will allow you to make arrestingly beautiful arrangements at home again and again. Join us for an evening workshop to celebrate the wonder of this ancient and spiritual Japanese discipline and receive your own beautifully packaged Japanese kenzan to take home.
