Clydebuilt Festival Dragon Boat Race
The Dragon Boat Race on the River Clyde will take place on Sunday 3rd September 2023 as part of the annual Clydebuilt Festival!
About Clydebuilt Festival Dragon Boat Race
On September 3rd 2023, tenacious Glasgow teams will battle it out to become the Dragon Boat Racing Champion and win the coveted Clydebuilt Dragon Trophy.
Based on ancient Chinese customs this adrenalin-pumping sport is highly addictive. Teams of up to 10 paddles, plus one drummer race in traditional 30" ornate boats. Each team will have a minimum of three sprints up the Clyde.
