Imagine spending the afternoon embracing connectedness and groundedness?

What if you could let go of those worries, fears, and day-to-day stresses, and give yourself permission just to simple be?

If this strikes a chord, then this is the session for you!

This session will include mindful movements, meditations held by the earth and sky, and pair activities; embracing our connectedness and interbeing.

This session is inspired and derived from Yoga, Qi Gong, Mindfulness, Tai Chi and pair work and is suitable for everyone, no previous experience required!

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes, 18+ only

I have been struggling with my mental health recently. Is this session suitable for me?

Everyone is different and unique when it comes to mental health. If you have been struggling recently, get in touch and we can have a chat about it :)

What do I need to bring to the session?

Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided. If you have your own meditation cushion, you can bring this with you for comfort. If you are likely to get hungry, you can bring a snack. It's great if you can bring your own water bottle, and save using the plastic cups
