In this workshop we’ll be up cycling and re-purposing clothing either from your own home or from second hand shops. In the photo above, the wreath with the bright red and green theme, was made from some old T-Shirts, the black and red one was a Xmas dress that had seen better days and the red tartan one was a fleece lap blanket.
Old woollen jumpers and scarves are good as you can hot-wash them first to felt them and then they won’t fray when you cut them up.
We will supply some embellishments but it’s really a chance to go through your Xmas box and see what you might want to put on, some baubles, (not bigger than 9cm) some bells, whatever you fancy. Please bring fabric scissors.
This is a fun and easy workshop with a really impressive result.
