Kundalini Yoga can be a beneficial practice to do when experiencing periods of low mood and depression. In this masterclass you'll practice some movement, mantra and meditation techniques as taught by Yogi Bhajan to help uncover blocks in the body and move you past the mind.
All welcome. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring a bottle of water. Studio has mats, props and blankets, but you’re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. If you can, allow approx. 2 hours after eating before practice to free up your energy.
