The course will be run for 4 days over two weekends and is designed for those who have completed an 8 week mindfulness course or equivalent and who have an already established and regular mindfulness practice.
It will be an opportunity to deepen your own practice, meet like-minded practitioners and train to deliver the Mindfulness for Parents and Carers Programme.

At the end of the course you will be able to teach the 6 week Mindfulness course for Parents and Carers which also includes how to share practices with our children.
