Chakra Namaskar: Experience the Chakras in motion
Who am I? Where do I fit in? What is my purpose? Understanding and exploring the psychology of yoga and the chakras can be of great support in relationships, work, parenting, your yoga practice, as well as dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression and much more.
Asanas (yoga poses) are a form of body language that express and affect our emotions and chakras. In this workshop, we will discuss and experience how movement patterns elicit particular emotional responses in relation to the chakras. Using the body-mind as the laboratory for healing and transformation we will use the practice of asana to activate and regulate each of the chakras via Chakra Namaskar, a Prana Flow® sequence that allows us to steep in specific movement patterns correlating to each chakra. Through awareness combined with movement, we will balance the energy body, as well as the physical and mental bodies, and begin to form an understanding of the psychology of yoga.

Remembering our Purpose : Tune in to your Intuition
It is said that the Akash (ether, sky, space) holds our collective consciousness both individually and cosmically. These Akashic records contain spiritual wisdom and the knowledge of who we are, what we have been and where we are going.
This dynamic practice will help us access these records by tuning into our intuition. Turning up the sound of our own soul’s voice will provide clarity and prompt us to remember our purpose. Established in balance between the practical and the mystical, we will find our center. Standing balance poses, as well as arm balances (optional!), will help us tap into the space between doing, being and manifesting. This practice will follow a creative, dynamic method based upon vinyasa krama (stages of evolution). Therefore, this practice is open to yogis of all levels.
