About Return to Success! How running a SPRINT can help you to innovate faster

We are pleased to announce another SPRINT to Success workshop, Return to Success, as part of our SPRINT workshop series. This comes after our successful SPRINT sessions held last year. Anyone is welcome to come and there will be some new developments for people who also came to our last event.

Why SPRINT?
The traditional approach to innovating with a new product or service was to write a 5-year business plan and try to follow it to the book. The Product Development may take 9-18 months even before the first contact with the customer. The Minimum Viable Product ‘MVP Approach’ helps to start the Build > Measure > Learn feedback loop a lot faster.

The Design Sprint (originally developed at Google) helps to transform the way innovator’s bring new products to market designsprintkit.withgoogle.com

The objective is to start rapidly solving big challenges, creating new products, or improving existing ones. It compresses potentially months of work into a few days.

There is a small commitment fee that will include beer, soft drinks, snacks on the night.

During the session, we will take a real-life example of one of your ideas and show how the SPRINT can be applied to that idea. There will be an opportunity to test even more ideas, during the group session.

Based on our Feeback from last years event we aim to deliver the following;

1. We will aim to give a detailed breakdown of the workshop shared with participants in advance.

2. Free Membership of our SPRINT club to allow for networking & collaboration opportunity.

3. Ideas welcomed. We would like to provide people with three core themes to base their ideas around. These will be emailed to participants in advance to allow you to come up with a fun or innovative new idea to be developed during the workshop. The winning ideas will receive a prize.

Agenda for the event:
4.30pm to 5pm - Arrival and pre-networking
5pm to 5.30pm - Intro to SPRINTS
5.30pm to 7pm - Group Exercises
7pm to 8pm - Wrap up with drinks, snacks & networking
