Monica Wilde is a forager, research herbalist and ethnobotanist. She has been teaching foraging courses, wild cookery, plant medicine, rewinding retreats and nature immersion all over the country for over 13 years. ‘I love to encourage those of you living in our cities to visit the green spaces, parks and countryside and learn about the diversity of your natural surroundings.’
