Looking for ways to feel calmer, happier? The answer could be in art. Even if you haven't touched a paintbrush since you were a child, this is a chance to build some me time into your day and experience the positive effects that art making can bring to your body and mind. In the course of these sessions, participants will experiment with different simple arts and crafts while experiencing a guided meditation delivered by a member of our staff.
