Every Tuesday & Thursday
First Touches (5-8yo): 5-5.45pm
Middle/Premier (9-15yo): 6-6.45pm
Sessions are indoor and garden appropriate and require minimal equipment- only a football and some cones (balled up socks/bottles will do just fine). The sessions focus on the essentials of the game as well as maintaining and improving football specific fitness.
