Prepare for a calm and confident pregnancy and birth with this 6 week programme.
This comprehensive course incorporates birth preparation, physical exercise and relaxation to equip you with a range of tools and techniques to empower your pregnancy and leave you calm and confident as you approach birth and the journey to motherhood.
This class is suitable from your dating scan and the sooner you start the more you and your baby will benefit as you will have more time to practice the techniques.
