The workshop will involve a randomly selected mixture of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises designed to work out and improve your body… you CAN do it!
Circuits are so great for those of you who appreciate variety, as the exercises are always changing. Not only this, but you will also experience the benefits of a strong calorie burning workout. It is great fun for the fitness enthusiasts out there as well as those who are totally new to exercise.
No gym membership required! Different options will be offered for all levels of fitness so all are welcome.
