About Kundalini Yoga for Winter Wellbeing
Kundalini Yoga is back at The Movement Studio, Ashton Lane, Glasgow.
13 January, 20 January (no class 27 January), 3 February, 10 February, 17 February
Weekly movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation explorations to support the immune system:
> Strengthen the nerves and balance the glands
> Increase stability and vitality
> Improve mental clarity and concentration
> Sharpen the senses to build awareness
> Shift old patterns and find freedom within
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion/yoga block, light blanket for comfort.

Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
