So you want to start a journal? This 90-minute workshop is for you if you have always wanted to start a journal but didn't know how or if you have started many times but have never been able to keep at it.
Through discussion and writing exercises, you'll learn the benefits of regular journalling, explore different ways to keep a journal and get hints and tips for starting a journal and maintaining a writing habit.
Bring a hot drink and your favourite pen and notebook (or that journal you got for Christmas!) and get ready to see what writing can do for you! Led by writer, counsellor and yoga teacher Debbie Innes.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Wee Introduction to Journaling are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment. All information (whether in text or photographs) is given in good faith but should not be relied upon as being a statement of representation or fact.
Refresh your eyes, mind and body with this class of gentle movement and awareness practises designed to counteract the stresses of screen use!
