Scotland’s favourite storytellers return with two brand new online shows to help kids young and old join the Burns Night celebrations, with Burns for Bairns (Ages 0-7) and Tam o’ Shanter (Ages 8+) available to enjoy

Burns&Beyond at the National Museum of Scotland
A new online collaboration providing an insight into the life of Robert Burns through historic artefacts from the national collections, presented by Curator Dr. Calum Robertson, along with music from the award-winning Kinnaris and poetry from Robert Burns himself, performed at the world-famous museum.

Lucky Middlemass’s Tavern – Aidan O’Rourke & Friends
An uproarious and thought- provoking assembly of song and poetry featuring special performances and collaborations curated by Lau's Aidan O’Rourke, joined by very special guests Ricky Ross (Deacon Blue), folk-noir balladeer Rachel Sermanni, vocalist Aidan Moffat (Arab Strap), piping legend Allan Macdonald, along with spoken-word from award-winning poet and author Kathleen Jamie.

Reekie! return to Burns&Beyond with another spectacular programme of award-winning song, poetry and dance featuring founders Michael Pedersen & Kevin Williamson, with music from special guests Withered Hand, punk-poet Billy Liar, poetry from Janette Ayachi and contemporary dance artist Suzi Cunningham.

To toast the Bard on his national celebration, Burns&Beyond will be releasing a series of special online performances throughout the day with spectacular Burns Song recordings from Rachel Sermanni, Kinnaris and Ricky Ross, along with recitals from Robert Burns himself.

To really enjoy Burns&Beyond with Johnnie Walker in style, Global Brand Ambassador, Ali Reynolds, will be going live on Johnnie Walker Princes Street Instagram to make his Burns-themed cocktail, the Auld Lapsang Fashioned. Find all the ingredients you need to make the cocktail and join the celebrations.
