During this one hour online session, participants will be guided in experiencing some simple mindfulness and art techniques. No previous abilities required.
This is a chance to build some 'me' time into your day and experience the positive effects that art-making can bring to your body and mind.
In this first session we'll have a mindful look at colour and collage. You will require:
• any kind of recycled paper such as newspapers, magazines, packaging, old wrapping paper
You will receive a link to the meeting the day before the session.
