The elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air are essential for the universe, but it is at least as important for you to have these four elements integrated into you.

Do you know which element defines you?

The combination of elements represents your fundamental character traits, temperament and sets your relationship with your femininity. While they all come into play to a certain degree in your personality, everyone has a dominant one, and we try, incorrectly, to compensate for the lacking ones.

Throughout this retreat, we will use various breathing and movement techniques to feel those elements in us and revitalise them. You will learn to understand, accept and love yourself.

• Set yourself free from stress and self-doubt
• Gain confidence in being who you are
• Let go of unnecessary blocks and tensions that hold you from achieving your deepest desires

* This monthly online retreat consists of: *
• 2 live seminars, around the symbolism and meaning of the 4 elements
• 4 live practices of movement and meditation themed on each element
• Private Facebook group for support and sharing
• Lifetime access to our session recordings
• A bonus music playlist for your future home practice

Dates: 13 March - 31 March 2021
Frequency: Twice a week (Saturdays- Wednesdays)
