As a response to COP26, we will use the Seven Lochs Wetland Park as inspiration to create artwork in fabric.
We want to gather a group of young people who are interested in Art, Design, Fashion and Textiles to explore ways to create sustainably. Together we will create a sketchbook and artworks using natural materials and sewing techniques.
The first two workshops will take place over the second weekend of the Spring holiday. We will talk about our clothes, their stories, learn about Fashion Revolution, paint on fabric - designing patterns together. You don’t need any experience, just enthusiasm! The sessions will be fun and friendly and a chance to questions, help shape and name the project.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
To find out more and get involved contact Margaret via email: margaret@platform-online.co.uk or text / whats app: 07458105322
