Enjoy freedom of movement combined with breathwork, dance and sounding. Tap into your feminine and life energy with ease and playfulness!
During these sessions, we will be exploring how our physical body might reflect our emotional and mental challenges, and how we can release unnecessary tension to improve our overall health and wellbeing. Along with handpicked tunes, every practice will enable you to escape your daily routine and connect with your inner self - the source of creativity, positivity and fulfilment.

Neringa has been exploring the relationship between the physical body and mental health for a long time now. She has notably been studying this relationship within the female body and has successfully worked with women, individually and in groups, to support them in accessing inner freedom.
Due to the times we live in, we often push aside the movement practices and neglect physical activity as something pleasurable. It often becomes a thing to go to the gym or exercise just to “fit the standard” and to reach goals that don’t really serve us in the long run. Therefore, we have created these sessions to show you that it is possible to get a dose of physical exercise in a mindful way while having fun, and even learning how to appreciate yourself and your body more.
Here you will explore mindfulness through dance and movement while also releasing the negativity and rigidity gathered throughout your day.
No previous dance or any other fitness experience is necessary. Simply come and join us for a fun and exploratory practice! We promise some heat in your body, warmth in your heart and lightness in your mind.
Every session we will be working towards a different aspect of ourselves by creating a mantra/affirmation for every practice and continuing with it for the rest of our week.
If you purchase a block of 4 sessions, you will get a session recording after each sessions that will be available to you for 7 days in case you are not able to attend or wish to repeat the practice on your own.
