Bébé Serenity are now taking bookings for Baby Yoga!
Thursdays 1.30-2.30pm, starting 8th July in Muirend. £50 for 5 weeks.
Babies are naturals yogis, they move into yoga positions on their own and breathe through their nose. The class is suitable for 8 weeks to pre walking.
Baby yoga uses gentle stretches and guided movements for you to do with your little one. The class also incorporates over clothes massage, breathing techniques, songs, rhymes, relaxation and sensory play. Babies will love it and you will too!
