About Lairds & Ladies Family Visit
The Maxwell lairds and ladies have lived on the Pollok Estate for over 750 years. That’s a lot of lairds and ladies!
Join us to hear about some of the interesting characters who have lived in the house and discover their favourite hobbies.
Best suited for children aged 5 and over.
NTS Member entry will be free, however you must book in advance. Each member will require a ticket, so please ensure you purchase the correct quantity of tickets for those visiting (for example, Family Members with 2 adults and 2 children will require 4 member tickets). You’ll also need to show your membership card on arrival. Not yet a member? You can still sign up to become a member on site! Please ask our teams for more details when you arrive. Non-NTS Member Pricing: Please purchase your required ticket type. You may be asked for identification upon entry. NTS Members – Free Adult – £8.50 Child – £6.00 Family (2 adults and up to 4 children) – £20.50 One-adult family (1 adult and up to 4 children) – £14.00
Arrival to Pollok House:
When you arrive, please enter the property via the main entrance. Once at the property, please look out for signage and follow directions given by our staff. Please observe social distancing from other households and staff, and wear a face covering in the house, if you are able.
One way systems will be in place throughout Pollok House.
Hand sanitising stations will be available, we ask that you use the sanitiser provided at the start and end of your visit.
Our team will be working very hard to keep you safe.
Please note: Personal belongings, such as rucksacks should be kept to a minimum as storage facilities are unavailable at the property.

Please follow the current government advice on interacting with people outside of your household. Please do not visit if you or a member of your household have had any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days.
Pollok Country Park has restricted vehicle access at weekends. With this booking you will be granted access to Pollok Park at Dumbreck Road entrance, and be asked to park in the Riverside car park. Please have your booking details available at point of entry.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
