This online event, hosted by The Wee Retreat is especially for wellbeing practitioners.
Sometimes we need to have difficult conversations so that we can ensure everyBODY feels welcome in our classes.
We're thrilled to have Donna Noble from Curvesomeyoga facilitate this important and powerful workshop to:
• Help you to learn strategies to cultivate greater inclusion within classes
• Participate in powerful group discussions and share your experiences
• Learn tools to better support and serve your communities
• Show up authentically
• Learn how to navigate these emergent times and not be afraid to be a good ally
• To be able to genuinely support and cultivate diversity.
Bring along an open mind, a willingness to learn and a cuppa and we'll do this together!
Donna is the founder of Curvesomeyoga & original co-creator of NoireFitFest, the UK's first Black Wellness and Fitness Festival. Donna has been featured in Thrive Global, Om Yoga Magazine, Elephant Journal, Yoga Mag, HuffPost, Stylist, Happiful Magazine, Metro, The Guardian and appeared on Channel 4 to share her passion for making the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone.
