Experience a blend of physical postures, breathwork, mantra, gong meditation and deep relaxation to journey into a realm of healing, insight and intuition.
The gong’s rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They penetrate every cell and fibre of the body releasing blocks (energetic and emotional), reducing nervous tension and stress while boosting circulation. The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper inner connection.
All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a mat, bottle of water, a small cushion/support and light blanket for comfort. Limited spaces so book early.

Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
