Glasgow Zen Group will be running a series of three online introductory Zen Buddhism classes on 21st and 28th November and 5th December.

A three part online introduction to the history, theory and practice of Zen Buddhism.

The first part will discuss how zen emerged within the buddhist tradition, its distinctive characteristics and perspectives. The second will be an in depth look at how to meditate. The third will explain the practice and purpose of ritual.

The talks will be given by John Fraser, Principal Teacher of the Glasgow Zen Group.
