Train as a Laughter Yoga Leader with Joyworks founder Sharon Miller.
She'll personally share expertise gained directly from the creator of Laughter Yoga, Dr Kataria.

Joyworks spearheaded the Laughter Yoga Movement in Scotland in 2008 and has been changing lives, transforming teams and inspiring organisations ever since.

With passion, pizzazz and plenty of fun you'll be prepared to start a laughter club and lead programmes at your workplace, organisation or anywhere morale could use a wee bit o' boosting.

What's Laughter Yoga?
Well anyone can do it ! Laughter yoga is a unique and powerful combination of laughter exercises and breathing based on mime and play. It’s inclusive and universal and used to increase joy, build team morale and improve health.

What will you receive?
This course is ideal for your own personal growth. It will boost your confidence and self-esteem. You’ll learn through a series of online training sessions about the history of laughter yoga concept, philosophy. You’ll acquire oodles of laughter yoga and relaxation exercises.

You will experience it with others and opportunities will be given on the face to face day to network, share, try out new ideas and help develop your creative style.

You will be registered as Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and endorsed with Dr Kataria’s Laughter Yoga International, an internationally recognised qualification.

You will leave feeling empowered and inspired with a comprehensive 75 page e- manual to enable you to facilitate laughter yoga events in a wide range of settings (school, hospitals, seniors, special needs and corporate) or set up your own local laughter club.
