Come along to our Special Candlelight & Chocolates Christmas Yoga class
This special event is always at the very heart of our festive celebrations.
Every penny made for this class will go to ~ East Dunbartonshire Woman's Aid.
Come along and enjoy our dynamic, invigorating chistmassy themed FYRE yoga class. Enjoy some mindful mince pies and chocolate at the end of class.
This is a donation class open to all, Beginners welcome.
If you can please bring along a wrapped gift for a boy or girl and we'll add it to our Santa sack to donate to East Dunbartonshire Woman's Aid.
Our Fyre Yoga Yoga class has been designed for everyone, at all levels. Following a series of yoga postures, you’ll improve your balance, strength, cardio and flexibility. Expect to engage, stimulate and reinvigorate every part of your body.
And through the power of controlled breathing, we unlock your natural relaxation response.
The benefits are immense: strength, flexibility, cardio, balance, stamina and a calm, focused mind.
Stretching, breathing and moving together – you’ll feel the good vibes as the energy of the room lifts you up and carries you along.
Each class finishes with some deep rest so you leave with a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm.
