First thing’s first, there’s no such thing as a “new you”! But there is such a thing as a you who has the confidence to nail your new year’s resolution of being more motivated, more disciplined, more positive, more whatever you want to be.
This is the year to make it happen! Every December we tell ourselves that next year we’ll be better. Next year we’ll see our resolutions through. Next year will be different.
The problem is, we never seem to get around to doing the work to actually make it stick! To tackle the route cause and come up with a plan to keep the momentum going past January.
My 4 week programme will set you up for the rest of the year, using a combination of Coaching and Hypnotherapy, to help you stick to those changes once and for all.
Over 4 weeks, we’ll work together to tackle the route cause of “that part of you” that’s held you back from making these changes before, so that this time it sticks!
- 4 x weekly 1hr private sessions (online or in Glasgow)
- Set homework each week to keep you focussed
- WhatsApp support from me to keep you accountable and on track
Investment: £320 (4 x monthly £80 instalments)
Select dates available throughout January. Get in touch to secure your spot.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
