This workshop will help you put your great ideas down on paper, or outline how to get them started. Jennifer will outline the tools you need to be able to put in strong funding applications to various funders. It is about having a clear idea of what your project is, who it will benefit and how it meets the criteria of the funding. Having a strong project plan in place before you start to seek funding can make the process easier.
The workshop will cover the following areas:
- Getting clear on your project aims & objectives
- Learning about resources and budgets
- Creating timelines to keep you on track
- Assembling the dream team, working with other creatives, partners, stakeholders and volunteers
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Being aware of risks and conflicts
