Glasgow Connected Arts Network, Sanctuary Queer Arts and Tron Theatre have teamed up to create 'Take me to a Place Where,' a theatre project engaging LGBTQIA+ identifying young people aged 13-18, based in the Glasgow area.
Sign up for this is now open, and we'd really appreciate your help in spreading the word so that the project can reach as many young people as possible. The sign up form (below) can either be completed by the young person or by someone on their behalf. Each applicant should have a referee, preferably from their school.

What is it?
Throughout April This project will engage young people in practical drama-based activities through free weekly sessions and a free intensive week, both online and in person. Exclusively run by LGBT+ idenitifying leaders, they are using the concept of Sanctuary – a safe place to feel authentic and free – and the phrase ‘Take me to a place where…’ as a stimulus. Participants will be encouraged to create their own pieces of writing that will then be creatively explored together in an intensive week at the Tron Theatre, then explored further and refined together on line, before coming back together for a final presentation/evaluation session.
