Have you always wanted to have a go at linocut but not known where to start? In 2 hours you will make a beautiful linocut at the Hermitage Park Pavilion where you will be provided with materials and refreshments. Tutor Maeve Dixon will show you how you can make a linocut at home without a press. Linocut is a bold expressive medium that you can print many times so ideal for greeting cards. Come to this workshop with ideas or find some inspiration in the Hermitage Park Pavilion and the flowers around it!
Maeve Dixon studied Printmaking at Glasgow School of Art and makes prints at her kitchen table.
