Join experienced Kundalini Yoga teacher, Carolyn McTaggart, for a block of weekly Kundalini Yoga sessions at The Movement Studio starting on 2nd June.
About Kundalini Yoga at The Movement Studio Glasgow Westend
Summer is associated with the Fire element - a potent symbol of transformation and purification. The Sun’s fire energy also corresponds to joy and excitement. Joy brings light to the eyes and an animated energy to movement; it opens the heart and promotes connection. Once our hearts are open, our experience of Infinity, our own inner union flowers and bears the fruit of love and compassion. It is from this place of inner balance that we can build relationship and harmony with others.
In these Heart Connection sessions we'll explore a blend of movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation to find joy and peace.
The Heart Chakra is the natural home of prana - our Sat Nam - a frequency of truth. love, compassion, acceptance, fulfillment. One where we can feel connected to others and are able to give and receive love.
All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.
Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
