Join us to celebrate the Create Grant Funded projects in this special #CreativeConnect Mini-Fest event. A selection of the grant recipients will share information about their funded projects and showcase some of the work which was produced with the diverse communities they worked with. This is a great opportunity to learn about the types of Participatory projects Glasgow Connected Arts Network has funded in the past, and ask the grant recipients questions.
The deadline to apply for the next round of Create Grant funding is 30 May at 5pm so this event is the perfect opportunity to learn more.

What is Creative Connect?
Creative Connect is our relaxed monthly gathering, a place for the GCAN network of creatives to come together, share advice and peer support and find inspiration from our guest speakers and each other. For this special Mini Fest event there will be a short talks and time to ask any questions to our awardees. You can join us for the full hour or drop in for as long as you like. This session is in the morning so feel free to bring breakfast and enjoy a tea or coffee as you watch.
What will I learn?
Creative Connect is a regular way to connect with peers from the GCAN network, stay up to date with news and opportunities. For this special Mini-Fest you will also see first hand examples of successfully funded Participatory Arts projects, which will help inspire your practice.
Who will be there?
Meet the GCAN team, the Create Grant Awardees, fellow peers from the GCAN network and make new connections with people working in the participatory arts, helping to expand and strengthen your professional network. A full line up of the Awardees will be released soon.
Does it cost anything to attend?
Tickets for all our #CreativeConnect events are FREE.
