Pay What You Can to join us at Wild & Kind Studios and enjoy learning new skills and have fun making crafts with likeminded people.
A collage (from the French word “collér,” which means “to glue,”) is a form of visual arts in which different found elements are combined to create a new image that conveys a message or idea. By combining images and printed media, you can create unique and engaging works of collage that offer a unique perspective on the nature of art. Collage is a popular method for creating zines. Zines (pronounced ‘zeens’) DIY publications (like mini magazines) historically used as a low-budget, non-profit tool for recording and sharing information.
Collage is an effective, low-skill way of creating impactful artful for zines- which are totally free of aesthetic ideal, making them a great way to explore self expression and have fun experimenting with arts and crafts. No experience is necessary to take part and this activity is all about having fun and discovering the possibilities of collage and zine-making together with likeminded people.

2) To address the gender imbalance within the creative economies.
Our community is an inclusive and supportive space for all nonbinary, agender and gender variant people and all women (trans, intersex and cis).
Self-identification is at the sole discretion of each individual. While we do not police gender identity, this workshop is not open to cisgender men.
