Better Yourself Up is excited to bring its first wellbeing workshop for women in Glasgow! Designed to inspire and motivate, it will explore the ins and outs of confidence and help you eliminate barriers standing between you and your true confidence. At the workshop you’ll recognise your strengths and make sure your fabulousness (aka your unique self) is showing up each and every day.
Join a small group of likeminded women and leave the event feeling empowered and energised!
Your host: Dovile Blindaruk-Vile
Dovile is a fully qualified personal development and growth coach. Her knowledge and coaching techniques are grounded in humanistic psychology, applied positive psychology and coaching psychology. Her goal is to help women become the best versions of themselves, brave enough to show up as amazing as they are and feel empowered to go for what they truly want.
Dovile is a founder of Better Yourself Up. The private practice offers 1:1 personal development coaching for women who are in the midst of significant career changes. While coaching is fully personalised, it primarily focuses on women’s empowerment, self-awareness, confidence, and wellbeing at work.
