Join experienced Kundalini Yoga teacher, Carolyn McTaggart, for weekly Kundalini Yoga and Gong sessions at The Movement Studio starting on 11th August.
About Kundalini Yoga and Gong - Earth Connection Sessions
Late summer corresponds to the nurturing Earth element, as well as the stomach, spleen, pancreas and muscles. This is a powerful time for us to fully ripen and transform, using the last of summer’s bountiful energy.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Stomach meridian (energy channel) helps you to receive the abundance of nature. The Spleen, on the other hand, takes what the Stomach has prepared and uses it to nourish the body’s cells. A healthy Spleen not only nourishes us at a physical level, but also makes sure that nourishment reaches our minds and spirits.
Join me in the studio to explore these natural gifts through movement, breathwork, sacred sound (mantra and gong) and meditation. All welcome. Not suitable during pregnancy. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion/yoga block, light blanket for comfort.
Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
