Join Sew Confident and discover the beauty of sashiko embroidery, a traditional Japanese stitching practice that can be used both decoratively and for visible mending.
About Sashiko Embroidery Class
In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn several foundational techniques, including Moyozashi and Hitomezashi, building confidence with pattern, rhythm, and stitch consistency.
After practicing these methods, you’ll put your new skills into action by creating a stitched badge to take home and wear.
All materials are provided, and no prior experience is necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down and stitch.
