About Pregnancy Classes: Rest and Release
Using gentle breathwork, guided relaxation, and soothing movement, this class supports your nervous system, eases tension, and promotes deep rest—essential for labour, birth, and beyond. Learning to relax, breathe, and release stress now can help you feel more prepared and confident when the time comes. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, no experience needed—just come, get cosy, and let yourself be held in a space of rest and support.
