We have public healthcare, public transport, public libraries, and public parks—so why not public diners? Explore an exhibition created by Nourish Scotland on the forgotten history of over 2000 state-supported restaurants that once existed in Glasgow and across the UK. At a time of rising food costs and busy lives, could reintroducing public diners be a solution we all crave?
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
