Joanne is a certified Level 4 Essentrics® instructor, bringing this unique, dynamic movement technique to Mount Florida for the first time.

Inspired by ballet, Tai Chi, and physiotherapy, Essentrics is a full-body workout that blends dynamic stretching and strengthening, to improve flexibility, balance, body awareness, mobility, and posture. As the only instructor in Scotland, her classes are a rare opportunity to try this globally acclaimed method, trusted by everyone from Olympic athletes to those seeking gentle, effective movement for healthy aging.

Joanne is passionate about helping people move with greater ease, reduce pain, and feel stronger and more energised in daily life.
