Calling all peri/menopausal women in West Dunbartonshire and beyond...
Did you know that:
The majority of women would like to be better informed about menopause, are generally unsure of what to expect with the onset of symptoms and are still pretty unclear on what options are available to help them successfully navigate this time of change?
Most perimenopausal / menopausal women want to be more active but lack the confidence and/or energy to do so?
Does this sound like you? If so…
Hormonetics and Yoga and Pilates with Eileen launch The Meno Mile to support women on their menopause journey.
When?
Join us for our first event on Wednesday 11th June from 7-8.30pm
Where?
Main gates of Balloch Castle Country Park (opposite bus stance)
Why?
To promote your wellbeing and have an opportunity for good conversation and support from like minded ladies in a safe women only group.
This unique event brings together Hormonetics' expertise in hormone education and advice with Eileen’s extensive experience in the health and wellness industry!
The details?
This event costs £12.50 and will be held on the second Wednesday of each month; we’ll have a walk around the park (around a mile or so) with an easy standing yoga session mid route, followed by tea/coffee/soft drink at the Balloch House Hotel (included in cost).
Spaces are limited to 15 and are filling up fast - to book, please use the link below, or for more information, contact Nicola (nicola@hormonetics.com) or Eileen (catwoman2011.eh@gmail.com).
