Guided by our sommelier, each dish is paired with a distinctive South African wine that brings the country's rich terroir to life—from the spice of the Cape to the sweetness of the Winelands.
Menu Highlights Include:
Pre-Starter & Champagne – A sparkling introduction
Spiced & Pickled Bream – With orange, wild fennel & herb oil
Wild Inverness-Shire Venison, Braai Style – Accompanied by roast baby parsnips, pickled rhubarb & foraged greens
Malva Pudding – A warm South African classic with crème anglaise & vanilla ice cream
Artisan Cheese Selection – With chutney, jelly & biscuits
Guests are welcome to arrive from 7:30pm, with dinner service beginning at 8:00pm, once everyone has settled in. This will be a relaxed and informal evening with no set end time, feel free to stay and enjoy more drinks after dinner service. Please note, that food service is expected to last approximately 2.5 hours.
Celebrate the warmth, vibrancy, and depth of South African wine in an evening of unforgettable pairings.
