**Join Us for Mindful Christmas Star Weaving and Share Joy with Others!**
Take a relaxing break from your busy daily life! In this workshop, you'll enjoy a relaxing and creative experience that nurtures your mind and well-being. You can explore mindful star weaving, a calming and joyful activity. With the festive season coming up, let’s weave colourful stars and share joy with others!
This mindful workshop combines mindfulness, star weaving, and creating a personal message. We’ll begin with a mindful breathing exercise, helping you to connect your body and mind as you settle into the moment. Let your imagination soar as you create your personal star! Whether through words, drawings, or collages, express your feelings and reflections in a way that is uniquely yours.
Choose from a vibrant selection of yarns and learn simple weaving techniques to craft an intricate pattern of your mindful star. As you weave, feel the calm and joy wash over you with each repeated motion. In this journey, remember that enjoying the process is more important than the result.
At the end, take home your unique mindful star (size 17 x 17cm) and hang it somewhere as a reminder to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner joy in the present moment.
No experience is necessary to join this workshop, and all materials are provided
Just bring an open heart!
