Yogic texts describe Shakti as the primal, creative force of the cosmos. It’s the pulse that flows through everything – from the stars to your heartbeat.
Kundalini is a potent form of Shakti energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine, coiled like a serpent. We can use practices to gently awaken this energy and attend to its divine flow – spiralling, rising, falling, and landing softly in the body. When Kundalini moves us, we dance with the whole universe.
I’ll share practical playful exercises for:
* Connection and belonging – establishing energetic boundaries, relational presence and cosmic union
* Sensory intelligence and embodiment – awakening the felt sense, tuning proprioception and fascia-based movement
* Spiral dynamics and energy flow – using mudras, mantra and breath awareness for creative expansion
* Regulation, rhythm and stillness – nervous system tuning, listening, slowing and integration
Immersing in the gong’s sound current and its rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They penetrate every cell and fibre of the body releasing blocks (energetic and emotional), reducing nervous tension and stress while boosting circulation.
The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper inner connection.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience necessary.
