Come join us for a cosy evening at Il Salotto for our WINTER WITH BLAS - Supperclub event! Indulge in a delicious meal prepared by our talented chef, Darren Morton, while enjoying the warm but sophisticated ambience of our venue. This in-person event promises a night of good food, great company, and unforgettable memories. Don't miss out on this unique dining experience!
Menu
Canapés (two bites):
Gruyère, truffle cream, filo
Savoury tart (caramelised onion & parmesan or celeriac & thyme)
Starter:
Beetroot-cured salmon, horseradish, apple & dill oil
Fish Course:
Pan-roasted cod, brown butter shrimp & sea herbs
Main Course:
Roasted guinea fowl, chestnut, wild mushrooms, pancetta
Dessert:
Dark chocolate delice, cherry gel & shortbread crumb
The ticket includes a glass of fizz on arrival and soft drinks. Bring your own bottle of wine.
