Last Orders is a brilliantly funny stand-up show by Alana Jackson. Alana won the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? Award at the Edinburgh Festival in 2024, with her tales of coming from Glasgow, working in London and living somewhere in between.
Part of the Vanishing Point Winter Residency.
Alana is an actor who’s previously worked with Vanishing Point but is now establishing her own unique voice as a stand-up comedian. What’s the difference between theatrical storytelling and stand-up comedy? How does the relationship with an audience change? Like Mistero Buffo, Last Orders embraces storytelling but places the emphasis firmly on laughs.
So, after the whirlwind of Buffo, grab a beer or a lemonade and finish the evening with a brilliant hour of stand-up from one of Scotland’s up-and-coming comedians.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
